Ingredients

  • 500 gmlauki shreded
  • 125 gmBesan
  • salt as needed
  • 2 tbsponion,garlic and ginger paste
  • 1 cupchopped tomatoes
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 2 tbspcoriander powder
  • as neededkasuri methi
  • salt and red chilli as needed
  • 1 tspjeera
  • for fryOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Squeeze shreded lauki and add besan,add salt.make batter.and make pkoda by deep frying

  2. 2

    Add oil. Fry Jeera,onion,garlic and ginger paste in it...saute well.add chopped tomatoes and mix well..until get softened

  3. 3

    Add turmeric,coriander powder,red chilli,kasuri methi...saute untill it leaves oil..add water...add kofte and add salt and off the flame..gheeya kofte is ready.
