Squeeze shreded lauki and add besan,add salt.make batter.and make pkoda by deep frying

Add oil. Fry Jeera,onion,garlic and ginger paste in it...saute well.add chopped tomatoes and mix well..until get softened

Add turmeric,coriander powder,red chilli,kasuri methi...saute untill it leaves oil..add water...add kofte and add salt and off the flame..gheeya kofte is ready.
