Crush the ginger and garlic together

Heat your pan and add oil and butter.add garlic and ginger

Next add all your spices

Add the tomatoes

Fry for a short while then add the chip and let cook for a short while before turning them

Next add the tomato sauce and stir for 2 minutes.serve and garnich with spring onion and mint leaf
