Dice the tomatoes, onions and capsicums in same size. Also dice paneer. Take a bowl put hung curd in it and add salt, turmeric, kashmiri red chilli powder, dry mango powder, chat masala, lemon juice and diced vegetables and paneer. Mix all well and marinate for 30 mins in fridge

Take a skewer now arrange the vegetables and paneer in their respective manner as shown in picture

Take a pan and brush oil on it and put the prepared paneer tikka and cook to become golden Brown from all four sides

Now your panneer tikka is ready to serve with lemon, onion salad and green chutney
