Ingredients

  1. 400 gramsPaneer
  2. 500 gramsPeas
  3. 2Tomato paste
  4. 2Green chillies
  5. 1 inchGinger paste-
  6. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  7. 1 PinchAsafoetida
  8. 3 tbspMalai
  9. to tasteSalt as per tastec
  10. 1/2 tspTurmeric power
  11. 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  12. 1/2 tspRed chilli power-per taste
  13. 1/4 tspGaram masala
  14. 1 tbspgreen coriander leaves
  15. 5 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat 5 tbsp oil in a pan.

  2. 2

    When oil get hot add asafoetida,cumin seeds,coriander powder,turmeric power,tomato paste and ginger paste and stir.

    Saute the masala well.

  4. 4

    Keep stirring the masala else it might stick to pan

  5. 5

    Now add cream into it

  6. 6

    Saute the masala until oil starts floating on the surface

  7. 7

    Now we add water 1 cup

  8. 8

    We add salt,fried peas

  9. 9

    Then add the paneer into it

  10. 10

    Cover for 2 minutes and cook it

  11. 11

    Once done serve with coriander leaves.
