Wash the vegetables with enough water and salt to remove the dirts.

Slice separately.bleach red oil till is transparent and add onion then the waterleaves.fry till the water that comes out from it drys up.pound and crayfish with fresh pepper and add.

Cut the tips of the periwrinkle and rinse with salt and water.keep it aside.

Boil meat with dry fish spicing with onion,Salt and Maggi pot cubes.pour in all the content in the frying waterleaves.let no water be in it.

As is boiling put the periwrinkle after 4minutes put the vegetable(ugu) and stir very well.
