Ingredients

  • 2 tbspground cumin
  • 2 tbspground coriander
  • 1desert spoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspooncayenne pepper (you can make the dish spicier with extra pepper and cook)
  • 1/2 teaspoonmustard seed
  • 1/2 teaspoonsground ginger

    In a blender or food processor combine all the ingredients. Process to a fine powder. Store in an airtight container
