Ingredients

  • 100 gmMugh dal
  • 1/2 tspcumin seedd
  • 2Tomatoes
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteSugar
  • as neededShorsher tel/ mustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Dal sheddo with salt and holud with 2 whistle

  2. 2

    Heat the oil, add gota jira, tomatoes and cook for 2 to 3 minutes

  3. 3

    Add dal don't add any more holud

  4. 4

    Add normal mirch, add sugar and salt to taste.

  5. 5

    Add green chillies

  6. 6

    Boil it for 3 to 4 minutes until ghono
