Combine grinded white lentil and rice salt in a bowl and mix it well and allow it ferment for 4-5 hours.

Now grease idli stand.

Meanwhile, mix Eno fruit salt in the batter. Don't mix it in the whole batter just mix it in only that part of batter through which you're going to make idli in 1st batch.

Now steam idlis and then switch off the flame and allow it to cool down.

Cut idlis into chunks.

Meanwhile, heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan then add add mustard seeds and dry red chilli in it and allow it to crackle.

Now add cut idli chunks in it and saute it for 4-5 on medium-high flame.

Your sauted idli is ready to serve.
