Steps

Grind individually almonds, cashews, dry dates coarsely. Keep aside.

Take some ghee in a pan and fry some of edible gum at a time on medium low flame until it puff up completely.

Take out the edible gum in plate.let it cool down completely. Crush them coarsely with hand.

Take grated coconut in a pan and roast it on low flame till it becomes golden brown and aromat. Let it cool down completely. Crush them coarsely with hand.

Now in a mixing bowl add all above ingredients, sugar powder, some ghee, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder. Mix well.

Grease your palm and make Laddu. Store in air tight container.
