Ingredients

  1. एक कटोरी मैदा
  2. दही ए क कटोरी
  3. फूड कलर ऑरेंज
  4. बेकिंग पावडर
  5. चीनी चासनी के लिए
  6. इलायची फ्लेवर के लिए

Steps

  1. 1

    सबसे पहले मैदा में दही मिला ले

  2. 2

    दही मिलने के बाद उसमें एक चुटकी फूड कलर मिला ले

  3. 3

    उसके बाद ए क चम्मच बेकिंग पावडर मिला ले

  4. 4

    इन सबको अच्छे से मिक्स कर ले थोड़ा सा पानी डाल ले घोल अच्छे से बन जाए

  5. 5

    अब चासनी बनाने के लिए बर्तन में ए क कप पानी और चीनी डाल कर चासनी बना ले चासनी एक तार की होनी चाहिए इसे चेक करने के लिए दो फिंगर्स के बीच लगा के चेक करे एक ता र बने तो गैस बन्द कर दे और उस चासनी में इलायची डाल ले

    अब जो घोल बना ह उसे सॉस की बॉटल में डाल ले वो ना हो तो आप मिल्क की पन्नी में कट लगा के भर ले

  7. 7

    अब गर्म ते ल में गोल गोल घुमाते हुए जलेबी बना ले कुरकुरी होने तक

  8. 8

    कुरकुरी हो जाए तो उसे निकाल के चासनी में डिप कर के निकाल ले।
