Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgcauliflower
  2. 2-3potatoes
  3. 1green chilli
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1 tspgaram masala
  6. pinchhing
  7. 1/2 tspjeera
  8. 1/2 tsphaldi
  9. to tastesalt
  10. as neededoil
  11. 2 tbspgreen coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and cut the potatoes and cauliflower.

    Heat oil in a wok add hing and cumin seeds when crackle add all spices and roast it add gobhi and potatoes mix well.

    Cover and cook on low flame till soft the veggies.

    Add garam masala and green coriander,
