Ingredients

  • 1 ltrfull cream milk
  • 1 cupjave / vermicilli/sevaiyaan
  • Sugar as per taste
  • 1 tbspAlmonds thinnly chopped
  • 1 tbspKaju chopped
  • 1 tspElaichi powder
  • 1 tspKhrbuje ke seeds roasted
  • 1/2 tspChironji roasted
  • Saffron strands(optional)
  • 2 tbspGhee
  • for making JAVE
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • Little oil

Steps

    To make jave seive wheat flour and take out the maida from it.... Now knead the wheat maida tighly kerp fr 15min.... Roll in hands ver thinnly and break in very small rhin pieces...leave them to dry in fan...vll take half an hour....once made in good qnantity u can keep in sun to dry nicely....and can store in fridge fr months...

    Now to make jave ki kheer roast the jave in ghee on low flame till they r golden brown...

    Add milk and cook fr 25min...keep on stirring in between....once it gets denser...add sugar according to ur taste and cook fr 5min coz addind sugar vll liquidy fy the kheer....once water is no.more in kheer. Add saffron added milk...which vll enhance the taste and colour...add some dry fruits...and off the flame...serve hot or chilled. Adding roasted chironji,khurbuje ke seeds,almonds,kajus kishmish,,,elaichi powder
