The Mouthwatering delicious chocolate caramel truffles

In a non stick Pan melt the sugar with water until it dissolves and caramelize is completely. Switch off

Add the whipping cream it will bubble up. Mix and return to the flame. Whisk continuously until smooth. Switch off. Add salt, Vanilla extract and chopped chocolate. Mix well.

Pour in a bowl. Allow to cool completely. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2 hours

Grease palms. Take a spoonful of mixture, shape like ball. Roll over cocoa powder or confetti or chocolate shavings or nuts etc as desired. place them on a plate

Refrigerate for 30-45 minutes before serving. Serve cold
