6-7 servings

500 gramsMutton
4 tspginger garlic paste
1 tspred chilli powder
3-4chopped green chillies
1/2 cupChopped coriander leaves
1 tspgaram masala powder
To tastesalt
as neededFor frying oil
1/2 cupgrated papaya

Mince meat and grind it

Now add all the masalas.keep aside for 5-10 mins

Now take lemon sized meat and form into a ball

Drop each ball in hot oil and fry until the koftas are properly cooked.
