First soak the rice for 2 hours drain the water and let it be samp but not wet. Then make a fine powder of it and roast it for 2 mins on low flame and keep aside. Then make a powder of urad dhal and pass this and rice flour through a sieve to get a fine powder.

Now add salt hing and coconut powder and mix well. Then add melted butter and mix well. Slowly incorporate water to make a soft and smooth dough. Once done grease your hands and make small balls and deep fry it in oil and serve.
