
Steps

Remove the top layer of fat from the roast.

Mix together broth, wine and au jus packet, pepper and garlic.

Line bottom of slow cooker with onions. Place roast on top. Pour au jus mixture over top.

Cook on low 9 hours or so. Take out roast to rest for 10-15 minutes. Then slice for sandwiches

Strain out liquid and serve with sandwiches for dipping.
