Ingredients

  • 1 lbground meat of choice
  • 2-3carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 3 stalkscelery, sliced
  • 1/2onion, peeled and diced
  • 1green bell pepper
  • 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 28 ozcrushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cuphalf and half
  • to tastepepper, basil, thyme, oregano, rosemary, sage
  • to tasteParmesan cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown meat in a pan and drain.

  2. 2

    Add vegetables. Cook until just starting to soften

  3. 3

    Add half and half and cook it down til it's gone.

    Dump it all into the slow cooker. Add tomatoes and spices.

    Cook on low 8-10 hours. Serve over your favorite starch (pasta, rice, potatoes, whathaveyou)
