Dhokla idli

Steps

In a bowl add yogurt and gram flour,rice flour mix well to avoid lumps then add salt,chilli powder,lemon juice,sugar and mix well add 1/2 cup of water and make smooth batter..

Then heat steamer and pre heat for 5 min.

Now add fruit salt to dhokla batter and mix it well and pour batter in gressed idli mould and steam it for 12 min at medium flame..

For tempering heat 2 tsp oil add mustard seeds,hing and green chilli and cook for 2 min then pour it over dhokla idli..

Garnish with fresh coariander and Serve with any dip..
