Mix gram flour, onion, green chilli, capsicum and coriander leaves in a bowl. Add water to make a batter of pouring consistency. Add salt and turmeric powder. Mix properly and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Now heat a non stick griddle. Grease it with oil. Pour one laddle full of batter on griddle. Spread it. Cook from both sides by applying oil.

Now grill bread Slices in sandwich maker.

Keep besan chilla in bread Slices. Apply tomato ketchup or green chutney.

Apply tomato ketchup on sides of bread slices. Roll it in Bikaneri Sev.
