Add curd, green chilli and ginger in a grinder and grind it.

Add suji, curd and water in a mixing bowl and rest for 30 minutes.

Now add powder sugar, salt and eno and mix well.

Grease oil in a mold pour this Suji batter and steam for 15 -20 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan add curry leaves and mustard seeds when crackle add on dhokla.

Cut into pieces and serve with green chutney.
