1onion, chopped
16 ozmushrooms
2tomatoes, chopped
10 ozfresh baby spinach
1/2 cupwhite wine
1/4 cuppanko bread crumbs
1/4 cupparmesan cheese
to tastesalt and pepper
2 clovesgarlic, mined

Saute onions until translucent, add mushrooms and garlic.

Once mushrooms brown add spinach and tomato. Cook until spinach is wilted.

Add wine and simmer 1 minute turn off heat, add breadcrumbs and cheese, season with salt and pepper
