Ingredients

  • 3 cupscherry tomatoes chopped roughly
  • 3radish, chopped into small pieces
  • 2cucumbers chopped into small pieces
  • 3spring onions, chopped finely
  • 3 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 2 cupsarugula chopped
  • 1/3 cupparsley chopped
  • 1/3 cupmint chopped
  • Dressing:
  • 1/4 cupvinegar
  • zest and juice of two big lemons
  • 1 tspcumin

    Mix all salad ingredients
