Ingredients

  1. 3 cupscherry tomatoes chopped roughly
  2. 3radish, chopped into small pieces
  3. 2cucumbers chopped into small pieces
  4. 3spring onions, chopped finely
  5. 3 clovesgarlic, minced
  6. 2 cupsarugula chopped
  7. 1/3 cupparsley chopped
  8. 1/3 cupmint chopped
  9. Dressing:
  10. 1/4 cupvinegar
  11. zest and juice of two big lemons
  12. 1 tspcumin
