  1. 2 slicesor more toast bread
  2. 1soft avocado, black outer colour/ripe
  3. Basil leaves or pesto
  4. Cheddar cheese
  5. Salt n pepper or prefered spices

  1. 1

    Peel avocado, cut in half, remove seed, chop as prefered or mix till creamed. Handle the fruit gently because it should be too soft.

  2. 2

    Spread on bread, place 2-3 small basil leaves add salt n pepper and then cheese slices. EAT :)

From Cairo, Egypt the capital :) loovveeee experimenting, please share your tips and comments and any requests and follow me :)Update on HCG drops diet, although they were amazing for both rounds I had to stop using them. I got breast pains every time I tried. It was nothing serious, probably hormones issues, so be careful that by time your body might not accept it. Round two hcg diet started 28 feb 2016. Started hcg diet 25/11/14. Did post hcg recipes.
