Steps

In a bowl, prepare the potatoes, butternut and green bananas. Wash and rinse them well

In a sufuria, cut your onion, spring onion and ginger. Let them cook till golden brown.

Add the diced tomatoes and tomato paste, also add some water, let them cook in low heat.

Now add the potato, butternut squash and the bananas. Let them cook in low heat as you turn them.

Add the salt at this point.

You can also add the peanut butter at this point too.

Now add the green capsicum and turn off the heat. Serve after 5 minutes.
