4small meringue baskets
1 cupfresh or frozen mixed berries
1/2 cupcream
1/2lime, juiced
2 teaspoonsicing sugar
1 dropgreen food colouring (optional)

If using frozen berries, defrost first.

Put berries into meringue baskets

Beat together cream with lime juice, until cream is stiff. Drop of food colouring can be added

Sprinkle icing sugar over berries and put a dollop of cream on plate
