Mixed Berries & Yoghurt Fool Mixed Berries & Yoghurt Fool
This simple dessert is somehow underrated these days, but it always comes to my mind when I think about the berry dessert. It’s an English dessert. Traditionally, fruit fool is made by folding stewed fruit into custard, but I use Whipped Cream and Yoghurt. It’s so easy to make. Hiroko Liston -

Mixed Berry Pie Mixed Berry Pie
I had been wanting to make some apple crisp, and that’s why I went to the store. I got a bag of apples... but then I got a bag of mixed berries and changed course when I saw some pre-made pie dough. Don’t judge, haha. I was planning on making my own, but I gave this a shot anyway. I thought it came out reasonably well. In retrospect, I thought I was supposed to weave the lattice over and under. Nonetheless, it worked out. Karl -

This is a yummy recipe for when you've got extra berries in your fridge. I used a mix of blueberries, blackberries and strawberries. They are tasty with or without the glaze...I left mine unglazed this time around. Recipe adapted from : Sallysbakingaddiction.com Christina -

Fresh Mixed Berry Pie Fresh Mixed Berry Pie
The last weeks of August, just before returning to school after Labor Day, found us in the woods near our home near Belleville, Michigan, searching for ripe blackberries. Our arms and legs would be scratched up, our fingers and lips stained purple from the sweet berries, as many in our stomachs as in our baskets. Our Aunt Kay made the best blackberry tarts out of these wild-picked berries. She was a great cook, but her blackberry tarts and Christmas sugar cookies stand out in my memory. Adam Janowski
