First trial bread...it's so yummy I'm proud of myself
Steps

Dissolve the yeast in warm water in a mixing bowl. Give it a few minutes to start forming bubbles

Add the sugar, salt, oil and mix well

Add the flour and mix well to distribute the yeast evenly

Slowly add in the milk to form a soft dough, not sticky
- 5
Knead the dough for a few minutes then cover and leave it to double in size, at least an hour
- 6
Punch the dough down then shape it according to your tin (I used a round one)

Leave it again to rise and double in size.

Preheat oven at 175°C and bake for 30mins. Remove and allow to cool
