Steps

Take a pan add coconut,cardamom and grated jaggery saute for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes coconut dry and keep a side for cool them.

Take a flour add water and make a dough.keep a side for ten minutes.

After ten minutes make a ball flat and fill coconut mixture seal them.

Take a rolling pin and flat the dough.

Take a pan,then pan hot put puranpoli apply oil for both sides.

Then make a crispy puran poli.

Serve with ghee and curd.

Traditionally puran poli make a maida but l use whole wheat flour.
