Steps
- 1
Preheat the oven on 180•c for 10min, in the meantime sift flour & powder sugar together & keep aside, add in chilled butter cubes to this & rub softly till you get a bread crumbs like consistency & all the butter is mixed with the flour. Then add milk & form a rough dough, you do not have to knead the dough! Just gather everything together & transfer it into a pie mould, press & shape it according to the pie plate & then refrigerate it for 15min.
- 2
After removing from the Fridge prick it with a fork & bake it in the oven for 20min over 180•c.
- 3
Slice bananas & set aside, whipp the cream to soft peaks & transfer it in a piping bag.
- 4
Once the pie crust is baked unmould it & transfer it on a wire rack & let it cool for atleast an hour.
- 5
Then place sliced bananas on the pie crust, spread salted caramel over it & garnish it with whipped cream & lastly drizzle some salted caramel over it & refrigerate it for 2 hours & then slice it.
