Boil 4 eggs for 15 minutes and let them cool

Put one egg in a bowl and beat it

Remove the skin of the sausages and add in a separate bowl

Add ginger, garlic and coriander to the sausages. Mix them up. It will be mushy

Remove the egg shells carefully. Take the mashed sausages and mould on the eggs

Coat the covered egg with breadcrumbs. Dip the result in the beaten egg and cover each with breadcrumbs.

Repeat the coating process in all the boiled eggs

Deep fry the moulded eggs on medium heat till they are well cooked.

Serve with your favourite drink
