  1. 4 Tbspbalsamic vinegar
  2. 2 Tbsphoney
  3. 2 tspdijon mustard ( I use Grey Poupon)
  4. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  5. 1/2 cupextra virgin olive oil

  1. 1

    Whisk vinegar, honey, mustard and pepper until blended. Gradually whisk in the oil. Pour on salad. (I double recipe and refrigerate)
