  • 3big green plantain
  • Salt
  • Groundnut oil for frying

  1. 1

    Wash and peel plantain, cut into desired shape n size, salt it. And fry in a frying pan with groundnut oil until it's crispy

  2. 2

    Serve with a bottle of chilled drink or juice
