Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbsbeef roast
  • 2-3sliced carrots
  • 2-3sliced celery
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tspsage
  • 1 tspparsley
  • 1 tsprosemary
  • 1 tspbasil
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • water: to cover the beef

Steps

  1. 1

    Rub about half the seasoning on to the beef.

    Place the beef in the crock pot. Add the vegetables.

    Add the water. Add the remaining seasoning.

    Cook on low. (About 10 hours) Add water as needed.
