Ingredients

  1. 1 piece slicedfish
  2. 10 gmcornflour
  3. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. 2 tbspsoya sauce
  5. 2 tbspchilli sauce
  6. 4 tbspschezwan sauce
  7. 2 tbspvinegar
  8. 1 tbspsugar
  9. to tastesalt
  10. 1/2 tbsp crushedblack pepper
  11. 7 8 tbspoil
  12. 1/2 cupspring onions sliced

Steps

  1. 1

    Merinate the fish with cornflour, salt and black pepper

  2. 2

    Shallow fry the fish until tinder

  3. 3

    Take pan add oil

  4. 4

    Saute ginger garlic paste then add soya sauce, chiili sauce,schezwan sauce,vinegar,cruahed black pepper and little bit of water

  5. 5

    Bring to boil and add sugar and salt

  6. 6

    In the last add fried fish and cook for 2 to 3 min

  7. 7

    Garnish with sring onions

  8. 8

    Serve hot with love
