Ingredients

  1. 200 gramokra
  2. 1/4pumpkin cubed
  3. 1potato cubed
  4. 1onion thinly sliced
  5. 2green chillies
  6. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  7. To tastesalt and sugar
  8. As neededoil

Steps

    Heat oil and add onions and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add okra stir fry for a while

  3. 3

    Add Potatoes and pumpkin and cover

  4. 4

    As all the veggies get soft add salt and turmeric powder and stir fry

  5. 5

    Add sugar and mix well

  6. 6

    Serve it hot with chapati or rice
