Ingredients

  • For cake spoung
  • 1 1/2 cupall purpose flour
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1/4 tspbaking soda
  • 1 tspcoffee powder
  • 2 tspcocoa powder
  • 1 cuppowder sugar
  • 1/2 cupmilk powder
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 50 gmdark chocolate (melted)
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 tspchocolate essense
  • For icing
  • 1 cupwhipped cream
  • as neededChocolate chips
  • as neededCherries

Steps

  1. 1

    To make cakespounge, sieve all dry ingredients.

  2. 2

    Beat sugar and oil, then add milk, dark chocolate, essence and dry ingredients with the beater.

  3. 3

    Put this mixture in cake mould and bake it on 180d for 30 to 35 minutes in preheated oven.

  4. 4

    Cool it for 1 hour, then cut it in three slices.

  5. 5

    Spread sugar syrup on all cake slices.

  6. 6

    Take one slice of cake sponge and spread whipped cream on it, then put second slice of cake and again spread whipped cream and then put third cake slice.

  7. 7

    Cover all edges and top of cake with whipped cream and decorate it with chocolate chips and cherries.
