Keep soya granules in boiled water for 10 minutes and then wash it with cold water.

Squeeze the granules to make it dry.

Heat 2 tbsp oil,add onion and ginger garlic paste, after one minute add all veggies and cook it for 1 minute.

In a bowl, add veggies, soya granules, boiled potato, peanuts, bread crumbs, cornflour,lemon, coriander and all spices and mix it well.

Make small kabab from this mixture and shallow fry it both sides on nonstick tava.

Serve it with tomato sauce or green coriander chutney.
