In a bowl take sago, potato, green chutney, crushed peanuts and salt.

Mix all the ingredients with hand nicely.

Make small balls out of it. Roll in arrawroot flour.

Fry it in hot oil at medium flame.

Add sugar and salt to curd. Whisk it till smooth and nice.

Arrange vada in a dish. Pour curd over it. Add green chutney and dates chutney. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
