Ingredients

10 minutes
3 servings
  1. 1/2 cupchopped green capsicum
  2. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  3. 1/2 cupchopped red capsicum
  4. 1/2 cupchopped yellow capsicums
  5. 1/2 cupchopped tomatoes
  6. 1 teaspoonchopped green chillies
  7. 3raw eggs
  8. 1 teaspoonrefined oil
  9. 1 teaspoonbutter
  10. salt as required
  11. 1/2 cupchopped coriander leaves

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat.

  2. 2

    Add refined oil and butter.

  3. 3

    Add chopped onions.

  4. 4

    Fry it on medium heat until it become transparent.

  5. 5

    Add three types of capsicums.Add green chillies.

  6. 6

    Fry it on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

  7. 7

    Add chopped tomatoes and salt.

  8. 8

    Wait till the tomatoes become soft.

  9. 9

    Drop raw eggs one by on three different places of your pan.

  10. 10

    Cover it with glass lid.

  11. 11

    Cook it covered for 5 minutes and serve with steamed rice.

  12. 12

    You can add chopped coriander leaves now.
