Ingredients

2 cupsboiled rice
1/2 cupsliced onions
1and 1/2 tbsp of cooking oil
1/2 tbsptumeric powder
2grated carrots
4garlic cloves
to tasteSalt

Steps

Prepare the ingredients

Heat 1 and 1/2 tbsp of cooking oil and the sliced onions cook for 4 min then add garlic
3

Add the carrot and stir well
4

Add the rice and tumeric
5

Stir and mix well
6

Cook for 4 min as you stir
7

Serve with preferred stew
