Ingredients

  • 1 kggoat meat
  • 1small tuber of yam
  • 2 tablespoongrounded crayfish
  • Dry grounded pepper
  • 1 tablespoonpepper soup spices
  • 2stock cube
  • 1 cupshredded dry fish
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash your meat and put in a pot, add salt some pepper soup spices then add little water to it and boil till tender, you can be topping up the water till it's done.

  2. 2

    Next top up the meat with in the pot with about two litres of water

  3. 3

    Peel the yam, cut and add to the pot

  4. 4

    Add dry pepper, crayfish, dry fish, salt knorr cube and the remaining pepper soup spices.

  5. 5

    Cook till the yam is done, taste and adjust then bring down

  6. 6

    Note: you can serve along side with palm oil.
