First of all take soaked moong daal, ginger and garlic in mixture grinder and make make smooth paste but when you grind daal don't and water.

Now daal mixture put in bowl and start your gas flame and heat any pan or add oil after then heating of oil make equal size of mangodi and fry in golden brown colour.

Now add in mixture chopped onion, tomatoes, ginger and garlic.

Grind all the raw material or make smooth paste. Masala are ready for sabji.

After grinding heat your pan and add 2-3 tbsp oil after heating oil add onion tomatos paste and cook and fry for nicely golden colour.

Take a time and and fry nicely now add 2-3 tbsp water and also add else all raw masalas.

Cook all the raw masalas for 5-6 min again now add some water according to need and given one boil.

After boiling mix all the mangodies and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

Don't overcooked other wise mangodies are over soft.

Mangodi curry are ready for serve. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander and serve with rice and chapatis.
