Steps

Take a bowl add besan,curd, turmeric powder,hung and salt mix it well.

Mix it very nicely adding little water it should neither be too thick nor too thin.

Now add it this a pan and stir until it becomes thick.

Grease a plate add the khandvi while hot spread it nicely.it should be thinly spread.

Once cool cut into long strips.

Now roll them and add tadka.
- 7
For Tadka heat oil add mustard seeds then add red chilli powder once the oil cools now add this to the khandvi
- 8
Add grated coconut powder over it and serve
