In a bowl,put suji,besan,salt,curd,turmeric,oil,sugar,a and mix the water and make a smooth batter and keep it for 6 hours

1 large glass water in steamer and heat it over medium flame,grease the cake tray with oil and add 1 pouch Eno in batter

Mix well until it start to bubble on surface,then immediately into a greased tray until it's half capacity and place in steamer,steam it for 10 to 15 minutes for high flame

After 15 minutes insert knife in it and check if it come out clean,take out tray from steamer and let it cool 2 minutes,cut in to small squares

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a small pan for tempering,add mustard and cumin seeds in it,when they begin to crackle,add Curry leaves and turn off the flame

Pour tempering over dhoklas and garnish them with chopped coriander,& grated coconut
