Rinse the bulgur wheat in water and drain it.

Chop the tomatoes finely and place them over the bulgur to soak up the juices.

Chop the onion, cucumber, and cilantro finely and add them to the tomatoes.

Squeeze the lemons and pour the juice over the vegetables. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
- 5
Drizzle olive oil over the tabbouleh and garnish with lettuce, lemon, and tomatoes as desired. Enjoy!
