Rice ko 10-15 minutes ke liye soak kar ke rkhde.

Then soaked rice me 4-5 glass paani add kar ke gas par pkne de jab rice puri trh paani me ghul jaye to usme milk add karein.

Kuch der rice ko milk me pkane ke baad sugar add karein or medium flame par pkayen.

Ek plate me dry fruits ke small pieces kar lein or kheer me add karein or 5min pkayen.

Jab kheer puri trh se pak jaye tb Kesar ko kheer ke upar se garnish karein or serve karein.

Tip:- agr aap dry fruits ko kheer me kuch der paka lenge to dry fruits soft ho jayenge or khane me ache lgenge.
