Schezwan eggplant cutlet

First take eggplant and slice it

Then marinate with salt for 5 mins

On other side take soya granules and Schezwan sauce,onion chopped in a bowl and mix together.

Now take eggplant slices in hand and apply the soya granules mixer on the top.

Now some sprinkle Sesame seeds on top and now

Heat oil in tava then put all the eggplant slices in it and cook from both sides till brown

And schezwan eggplant is ready to eat..Serve with chutney or sauce
