Steps

Peel and grate bottle gourd. Squeeze the water completely and keep the water for making gravy

Take squeezed bottle gourd in a big bowl and add gram flour, ginger garlic paste, chopped onion and a little water

Mix everything properly. Mixture should have a thick consistency to make kofta

Grease you palm with oil and make round shaped kofta balls

Deep fry kofta in oil and drain any extra oil
- 6
Heat 2 tsp oil, add cumin seeds saute, add ginger garlic paste and onion and stir for a minute. Add tomatoes now

Add all the spices, curd and water and cook on medium flame for 8 minutes

Add fried kofta in the gravy and cook again for 5-6 minutes

Your dish is ready :)
