Rinse the potatoes in water

Then steam the potatoes with their peels intact. When the potatoes become warm, peel and then chop the potatoes in to cubes and keep aside

Heat oil in a pan add crackel mustated seeds then add cumin and fry then till they splutter and change colour.

Add curry patta, add onions and saute till onions turn translucent add green chilli chopped, haldi powder Saute for a few seconds

Then add the potatoes and salt

Add Coriander. Sabji is ready

You can serve with pooris or chapatis.
