  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1 tablespoonoil
  • pinchcumin
  • pinchsaffron
  • ginger
  • turmeric
  • ras el hanout
  • salt to taste
  • pinchblack pepper

    Add the lentils and spices to the pot, then pour in water until the lentils are completely covered. Chop the onion and tomato into small pieces.

    Chop the cilantro, add the oil and salt, then let it cook until ready. Enjoy! 😄😄😄
